In ContentTranslation suggestion list, the label of each item is the same as the list heading (this heading appears in master, but not in production yet). Now, for example, we show featured articles, so each item has the "Featured" label, and the whole list has the heading "Featured". Both of them are represented by the message `cx-suggestionlist-featured`. This gives a sensible result in English, but in other languages a different word should be used for the list and for each item; for example, in Russian, the items' label should be a singular adjective (as in "Featured (article)", and the list should be a plural adjective (as in "Featured (articles)").
There are several solutions:
# Create different messages for heading and item labels. This is easy for both developers and translators, but possibly not so scalable if we plan to introduce many different lists.
# Make the suggestion lists completely generic and customizable and translatable to each language, and let the list creator write the item label and the list heading separately. This would flexible, but probably complicated to implemented.
# Leave the situation as it is, but instruct translators that the message can be used in different context. This is easiest for developers, but possibly undesirable for translators.
Option #1 looks like the most sensible at the moment, but other ideas are welcome.
