Given that I am a native speaker of X language, and a Focus Area (and discussion) is written in Y language, when I open the Focus Are Page, then I should see a disclaimer that the wish is translatable to my native language

- And I should see a "quick translation" powered by
- And if I click extension:translate, take me to the translate extension
- And if I opt for MinT translation, the page should reload in my native language, and I should see a disclaimer that the content is machine translated and may not be accurate
- And I should see a dissclaimer that the contents are machine translated
- Given that a page has been translated via Extension:Translate, any user should still visit the single “Wish page” to view all contenta page, discussionor see the Focus Area card on the wishlist dashboard, and voting inI should see their native language. translation icon next to header text
When I click on the translation icon, the content in the card, or on the focus area page should translate into my preferred language (defined in the DOM).
When the content loads in my DOM language, I should see a disclaimer that the copy is machine translated, and see an option to "go back" to the original language.
