Currently, - a link to Wikidata item is put among tools instead among interproject links - section of interproject links is placed between "print/export" section and "tools" section. IMHO the link to Wikidata item should be one of the interproject links and the section of interproject links should be placed just before the "languages" section, not to be drowned among general tools.
