https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Creator should be rebuild as LUA module https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Module:Creator . All current functionality should be kept. For each field a fallback to Wikidata should be implemented. This fallback should be used is the field is not set locally and the "wikidata" field is set to a Q<id>. Would be nice if wikidata id could be passed to Module:Authority_control if Authority is empty
