Special:CXStats does not reflect the actual number of published articles. This is because of wrong status of translation due to T89439 and there are cases people publish and then continue translation -which will be then in draft state. T89442 has a long term solution for that , which address many other futuristic needs. But T91365 can help to get the 'published once' status reflected unambiguously in the records. For the old data, we might need some automated corrections.
