###Background
Wikipedia's strength is its breadth across languages, but users will only benefit from that if the app knows which languages they want to read in. Confirming language preferences during onboarding ensures the explore feed isn't limited to a single language by default, which is especially important for multilingual users. Additionally, users have reported being confused with how we recommend the first set of languages, this screen should provide clarity. Before completing onboarding, users should have the opportunity to confirm or update the languages they want to read Wikipedia in.
###User Story
As a new user, I want to confirm the languages I'd like to read Wikipedia in, so that my explore feed surfaces content in the right language(s).
###Requirements
- Users should be shown the languages detected on their device, with their primary language clearly labeled. They should have the option to add or edit languages, which navigates them to the existing language settings screen.
- Language preferences confirmed here should be saved and used to configure the explore feed.
- If a user continues on from this step, they land on "Follow your interests" in their primary language
- If a user navigates away from the App before continuing still save their langauge preferences
