$wgWBClientSettings contains several settings such as repoUrl, repoScriptPath, and repoArticlePath which need to be configured separately for each repository. Local repository is configured in $wgWBClientSettings using settgings: repoDatabase, entityNamespaces, repoConceptBaseUri, whereas foreign repositories are conigured using array setting "foreignRepositories".
