`returnto=` would redirect the user to a given page instead of the created article when the user submits the form

* Redirect back to the page where the inputbox is so that the user can create more pages/comments/whatever
* Redirect to the main page
* Redirect to the base page (when the page, the content was posted to was a talk page or the like)
* Redirect to the pages primary category (I don't know why you would want that, but there might be people wanting to do that)

* In some cases, the user might care less about viewing the created page than continuing with a specific workflow on another page
