The coordinator should be able to "Close" a round. Depending on the voting type of the round, the coordinator will have to provide the threshold for accepting/rejecting the photos at the time of closing the round.
Type:
Yes/No -> % of Yes to accept the photo: BOX
Rating -> Mean rating: BOX
Ranking -> Top BOX images

Once the above button is clicked, the user will see some information which allow her to finalize the choice of threshold, or change them further. For example, the coordinator may see:
Selects 74 images from 40 authors
Once the above information is reviewed and it is to the satisfaction of the coordinator, she can click on the following button
Mark Completed
Clicking on the button above will provide the following list of options/buttons for the creator:
Download List
Create a New Round
See Votes
When the coordinator clicks on Download list or See Votes, the following information will be provided:
Campaign name
Round name
for each photo:
the name of the photo, the vote by each juror
