The Editing Team is //considering// introducing an Edit Check that would offer:
1. **People who are editing** feedback about how likely volunteers are to consider the source they're attempting to add reliable
2. **People who moderate edits** the ability to declare what sources people who are editing should be provided feedback about
In line with the above, this tasks represents the work of:
1. **Identifying** the technical capabilities that are likely needed to support a reference reliability check
2. **Evaluating** the effort/complexity the could be involved with implementing the "capabilities" "1." will have surfaced
