Change Details

We have a combination of strings which were used once and are no longer required and strings which could be reworded to reduce duplication of terms. The following is a list of changes which have the overall aim of reducing the workload on translators: - Remove the one-time email created in T286897 - Remove `project_page_2021_email` (not translatable but no longer needed anyway) - Update "The Wikipedia Library Card Platform" to "The Wikipedia Library" to match between bootstrap versions - Remove the entire [[ https://github.com/WikipediaLibrary/TWLight/tree/master/TWLight/graphs | graphs app ]] (unused, has a large number of strings in the templates)
