Based on [[ https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/private/ops/2015-January/046190.html | this ops thread ]], our [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Schema:MultimediaViewerNetworkPerformance | performance measurements ]] can't account for about 10% of the time for Varnish misses. We should log the raw ResourceTiming fields instead of just select differences to make it easier to figure out where that time goes.
