It is still at 1, which some think is to low. Is it /possible/ to raise it, or: What would happen to users with to short passwords? In the linked disc there also was the idea to have different minmium lengths dependig on the usual alpahabet; for example it could be lower in the Chinese projects than in such with a latin charset.
