The repository [[https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/extensions/OAuth2|mediawiki/extensions/OAuth2]] was created for #cpt-oauth2 when it was planned that the functionality would be implemented as a new extension. After technical review, it was decided to instead add the functionality to the existing #mediawiki-extensions-oauth.
