It's neither a bug or a feature request, it's only a small improvement. Up to now, when UploadWizard generates location entries templates, they are of the kind "Location dec". Not, that this template is deprecated, now it's a redirect to the template "Location". To avoid these redirections, it could make sense to substitute "Location dec" by "Location".
