I'm working on a GuidedTour that walks new users through a couple of edits with VE. It's possible for guiders and the dialogs from the Link and Cite buttons to interfere with each other. To improve the consistence of the tour experience, I'm already using the vehidebetadialog=1 parameter to disable the first-edit welcome dialog, but I haven't found a way to disable to the blue dots. It would be nice if vehidebetadialog=1 also worked to disable the blue dots (or, less conveniently, if there was another parameter to disable the dots separately).
