As a WWT user, I want to see the author name and all text associated with the revision (in the article) when I hover over a word, so that I can easily access information about the author and full revision content directly from the article.
Note: We will create the blue bar that displays the author name in a separate ticket ([[ https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T226771 | T226771 ]]).
**Requirements:**
• When WWT is activated, disable all links in the content area.
• When user hovers over any word, highlight all text in page associated with the revision.
• When user hovers over any word, display username associated with revision in the top area. The name should be displayed in the standard naming format. For example: User:Christian. The name display will not link to any pages.
