We've decided that we're not going to allow inputting email addresses in the help panel or the homepage modules. Instead, we're going to link users to their preferences to do it, similarly to how we do in the homepage. The first step here is to ask for designs from @Cntlsn on how the help panel and help/mentor modules should behave given that they will have no email input field, and instead will only have a button to go to preferences.
