Task will be done when a draft outline is created for each of these workshops, being planned for New Editor Experiences work: [x] Steeping in findings and personas (team participating, reads and deep dives into research findings and personas / conversation / Q&A [x] Focus: Collective decision making: of the 13 findings, and opportunities, which can we address to increase new editor retention in KO and CZ Wikis? [ ] Concept generation: Focusing on the findings / observations we decided on in "focus", we generate many ideas / concepts that we think will successfully address those findings / opportunities to increase new editor retention in KO and CZ Wikis. [ ] Concept refinement: condensing, systematizing and deciding on 3-5 (team will decide a number together) concepts to further develop and build work flows from.
