If you go through a couple of cycles of `.addSurface(); .clearSurfaces();` on an `sa.Target` instance, you'll end up with a bunch of empty `ve-init-sa-target-surfaceWrapper` divs. The standalone demo has additional code that cleans these up, but naive users of `sa.Target` won't know to do this.
