At times, I run into items where triples are missing, - as if an update/sync is not happening. Example: https://query.wikidata.org/#DESCRIBE%20wds%3AQ54140873-51755A92-E525-493B-9202-A7C4B32D81EF The https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1545 from https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q54140873 is missing. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T203646 may be related, is closed and merged into https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T199228 However, I do not think this is an issue of update lag as the affected items may be pretty old.
