After 20 February, we will begin to dismantle the existing counter styling in Cite. This must be done in separate stages: * [x] Wait until {T382310} is deployed and we let 1 month pass to gather bug reports. * [ ] Remove all `counter-style` and `counter-reset` support from Cite, *except* for the `!important` rule to disable on-wiki customizations. * [x] Remove all on-wiki customizations * [ ] Remove `!important` rule which was disabling latent counter styling.
