We discussed this as a micro-contribution that would make sense on mobile: Given an article that has been already translated, any relevant improvement to the source article is a piece of information that can be translated. The user would (1) provide a translation for the new paragraph and (2) indicate where in the target article these new content fits. The size of such pieces of information should make this possible to be supported on mobile.
