Story: A user reaching the end of an article can see suggestions for reading more articles so that they don't have to think about what else they should read.
Outcomes: Read more launched on desktop and mobile stable across all projects.
Rationale: This is relatively straightforaward feature that has shown big impact on apps, is not anticipated to be controversial, and is a good opportuinty to develop for desktop and mobile web at once.
Numerical target: [Placeholder] 75% of whatever impact apps saw.
Assumptions/risks: desktop might have a problem as it shares the same user need as 'see also' and navigation box. Might want to generate as over-rightable...or some other way to ensure content writers needs are honored.
As a curious reader I want to see related articles after I'm finished reading so that I can learn more.
