==== Background
In {T385343}, we deployed the Surfacing Structured Tasks experiment (to `eswiki`, `fawiki`, `frwiki`, `idwiki` and `ptwiki`). As part of {T392256}, we want to deploy another experiment on some of those wikis (`eswiki`, `frwiki` and `arwiki`). Since we currently cannot deploy more than one experiment on one wiki (T288022), we need to undeploy the Surfacing Structured Tasks experiment on at least `eswiki` and `frwiki`.
We collected the necessary data from that experiment and as such, it makes sense to me to end the experiment in full. The final experiment results should be shared soon: {T377098}
This task is to (a) determine the right scope of disabling and (b) execute the disabling itself.

- We should disable the Surfacing Structured Tasks experiment on all wikis it is enabled on.
[X] Do we anticipate the need to enable the Surfacing Structured Tasks experiment again? (Do we need to keep the code to make the experiment possible?)
- It is very unlikely that we will run this exact experiment again. However, in the future we may run a similar experiment again with a different UI, or a different target audience. For example, this intervention doesn't seem to have a meaningful impact on constructive activation, however in the coming fiscal year, we might want to test this feature as a means to re-engage newer editors after their initial edits. If keeping the existing code will help with that, then let's keep it.
