`gallium` had a disk/RAID failure a month ago and `contint1001.eqiad.wmnet` has been build as an emergency replacement. We havent transitioned CI to it solely because it is in the private network and should be in the labs support hosts network instead.
* fulfilling the CI services requirements in term of memory/CPU and specially disk space
* already loosely allocated to us
* not being missed by other projects to the best of our knowledge
* offering room for growth
* would let us phaseout **both** gallium (Precise) and scandium.eqiad.wmnet, both 5+ years old machines).
[ ] @mark to approve assignment of contint1001 to #releng.
The server is in the private VLAN row A and will need to be attached to labs-support VLAN, it has been setup in an emergency. We would thus need:
[ ] Physically move contint1001 to labs support network (?? row C `labs-support1-c-eqiad network` ???)
[ ] Change VLAN / IP / DNS
[ ] Reimage (Debian Jessie)
[ ] Service implementation
[ ] Drop gallium && scandium
