This task will track the setup and installation of authdns1001.wikimedia.org. This host was purchased on the single cpu misc order task T195334, and is one of the 7 identical single cpu misc class systems ordered.
This host will replace the use of baham.wikimedia.org. Once this is fully online, baham will be decommissioned.
Racking Proposal: **This can go into any 1G networked rack.** It is replacing (not expanding) baham, so it's location in regards to baham is immaterial.

[x] - rack system with proposed racking plan (see above) & update racktables (include all system info plus location)
[x] - bios/drac/serial setup/testing
[x] - mgmt dns entries added for both asset tag and hostname
[x] - update task with the network port info and assign to @robh for network setup
[x] - network port setup (description, enable, vlan)
[x] - production dns entries added
[x] - operations/puppet update (install_server at minimum, other files if possible)
[x] - OS installation
[x] - puppet accept/initial run
[x] - handoff for service implementation
