**Proposed workflow**
In the attached spreadsheet:
1. reconcile the names of the authors (column F of attached excel) of the prints with WD q-numbers using Open Refine.
1.a. for reconciled authors with known death-date: add [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Creator | creator template ]]
add death date to license template [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PD-old-auto-expired | {{PD-old-auto-expired |deathyear= }}]] and add license template to column M (license)
1.b. for authors that cannot be reconciled; leave author name as is and add license template [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PD-old-70 | {{PD-Old-70}} ]]
1. c. for unknown authors, add template {{Author|unknown}} to column F and add license {{template [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PD-old-assumed | {{PD-old-assumed |duration= 70}}]] to column M (license)
2. rework inscriptions in column I to match format for [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Inscription | Template:Inscription ]]
3. rework dates in column J to match Commons requirements (see [[ https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Other_date | template:Other date ]]) (with Excel or Open Refine)
4. Download images and add path to filename by creating new Pattypan sheet (make sure the order of the files on your computer is the same as in the excel file)
5. validate & check the format of the files with the Pattypan preview function
6. upload the images with Pattypan

**Background**
Erfgoedcentrum Rozet is a small heritage institution located in Arnhem. In the light of a WiR-project, they have uploaded images of their large engraving collection (mainly famous persons and local mansions) to Wikimedia Commons. They want to expand that collection with this upload, but lack the time and knowledge to do the upload themselves.
