As discussed on IRC: A few WMCS hosts now enable jessie-backports in general and prefer it in pinning over jessie. As jessie-backports will stop being updated in 10 days (when jessie becomes LTS), this will cause problems as packages are being installed from backports which will not receive security updates (while jessie-lts will get them). This is also problematic as it means that some jessie systems will use different versions of low level packages and might behave different than the rest. We should limit the apt pinning to the OpenStack packages and their dependencies.
