To solve T173498, T192732 and T192733 there are some major parts needed from pywikibot tool on Toolforge, e.g. credentials to Pywikibot-test user on WM projects. The access to the tool only have inactive and almost inaccessible former Pywikibot developers. Therefore I politely request tool access for at least @Xqt and @Dalba, currently the most active pywikibot developers; and not necessary but possibly also for me (@Dvorapa), @Framawiki and @Zhuyifei1999 to resolve the issues.
