**Narrative:** As a wikibase UI visitor I want to be able to configure the "uh-hide all references on the UI" so they are all visible and available by default **Given** I configured the wikibase instance to "Un-hide all references" **When** I visit the UI **Then** I all references are visible by default **And** I can collapse (hide) them later.
