I just noticed that I'm running into exceptions for not having sufficient permissions for some RC entries. The particular issue was because the permissions were incorrectly configured and too strict. That shouldn't happen. Additionally, should we have insufficient permissions, we don't want to get Exceptions, but remove the line from EnhancedRC.
