The similar issue was resolved for GrowthExperiments Guidance panel - {T274379}
1. On Special:MediaSearch perform a search that returns some results in **Categories and Pages ** and **Other** filters, e.g. **Art**.
2. Change the UI language to Farsi or Bangla - the languages that do not use Arabic numerals. The page size information will be using Arabic numbers:

- the page size information seems the only place that displays Arabic numerals. The result count, the word count, and the members/subcategories/files - all display the correct script.
- when the page loads is seems that the numbers are displayed in correct script, but then get replaced with Arabic.
