It would be nice to have a dump which contains just the data from the `pagePropertiesRdf` repo setting. Per default that is the number of statements (`wikibase:statements`) and the number of sitelinks (`wikibase:sitelinks`) of an entity. Using that data, redirect data (see T98320) and the JSON dump, the RDF dumps could be derived from the JSON dump. This dump might also be useful on its own. This dump could be JSON and/or RDF, we should see which one fits better (the task mentioned above and also third party uses).
