Daily browser tests targeting beta are failing on simple `wbeditentity` calls for creating items, e.g. `id = browser.call( () => WikibaseApi.createItem() );`. Upon further inspection it seems that they are hitting edit rate limits on wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org.
