**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
* visit nl.wikipedia.org without being logged in;
* in https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willem_Holleeder#Jeugd , click on the red link for "Wim Holleeder" (first red link in the paragraph)
* the new page says one needs to login to be able to view the page (see screenshot attached)
Note: we had a problem report in [[ https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Helpdesk/Archief/jun_2025#Weer_wat_nieuws | the Helpdesk ]] on the same kind of issue in June 2025 - no bug was reported in phabricator though. [[ https://auth.wikimedia.org/nlwiki/w/index.php?search=geert+Wilders&title=Speciaal%3AZoeken&go=Artikel | That page ]] also produces the access denied issue.
Note 2: this new report comes from VRT [[ https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=15254484 | ticket:2025101310010185 ]] from Oct 13th., which I was able to reproduce in Google Chrome today
