Change Details

(IMPORTANT) Use commit 4a4021f of MediaWiki until this is fixed. The latest vagrant upgrade also included [[ https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki/blob/master/RELEASE-NOTES-1.30#L16 | this change ]] which breaks certain assumptions we had made. More information about the change can be found in T37247. Most of this will likely be fixed by not storing the utterances in the html but for the no-js fallback we need to ensure things still work.
