To reproduce: 1) Navigate to a page that has auto-collapsing templates near the top of the page, such as [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:ANI | WP:ANI ]]. 2) Use the table of contents to navigate to a section partway down the page. 3) Reload the page. Expected outcome: upon being reloaded, the viewport is focused on the selected section. Actual outcome: the viewport is slightly offset.
