I was trying to run a test to see what modifications I could make to the interface message that users encounter when trying to create an account that matches an expression in the title blacklist, but I was still able to create the accounts. Even after blacklisting everything: <https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Titleblacklist&curid=80922&diff=244477&oldid=244476>, MediaWiki warned me when I tried to create any page that I was overriding the blacklist, but still allowed me to create an account (without checking the override title blacklist box). Am I missing the obvious here, or is something broken?
