As a test, I tried to export two files to Commons**Motivation**
- https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Baustelle_Brandenburger_Haus_1907.jpg
- https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Königshof_Epitaph1.jpg
both fail with `The file cannot be imported, because it is marked as Vorlage:NoCommons. Wikimedia Commons does not allow such files.`, but they actually fail because of the `bild-pd-alt-100` template that pulls the NoCommons template in. That is not very intuitive. Unfortunately, at this point the FileImporter cannot distinguish if a template was pulled in or existent in pure wiki text.
and I received the following error:
"The file cannot be imported, because it is marked as Vorlage:NoCommons. Wikimedia Commons does not allow such files."
However, the files **don't** contain a {{NoCommons}} template.**Task**
Make it possible for people to understand why their file was not moved, They are in fact marked as {{commonsfähig}}.
What's the issue here?e.g. Maybe subtemplates?by linking to the config file and showing a list of all possible options
