Per a [discussion on en.wikivoyage](https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wikivoyage:Travellers%27_pub#Commons,_again...) there is a common problem of images on Commons being tagged with the [No permission since](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:No_permission_since) template and being deleted consequently. They have [requested after getting consensus](https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Community_Tech/Commons_deletion_notification_bot#No_permission_since) that we enable the bot Commons deletion notification bot to work on en.wikivoyage with the addition of notifying for the //No permission since// template.
This task is for the following:
[] Add support for use of No permission since template for en.wikivoyage.
** It is probably wise to make it easy to configure additional template(s) to be used as and when requested by wikis in addition to the regular two templates (Deletion, Speedy deletion)
[] Enable the bot on en.wikivoyage
