Testing with https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/tools resulted as follows: * `norm('MarcoAureIio')` == `MARCOAUREIO` * `ccnorm('MarcoAureIio')` == `MARCOAUREIIO` It looks like `I` should be added as equivalent of `l`.
