As a translator, I want the topics create via Special:Translate's "ask" button, which contain a link to a local message/translation unit (e.g. "About [[MediaWiki:edithelp/it]]"), I want the message in question to be linked and reachable with a click so that it's easy for other users to put in context, understand and address my issue wherever they are reading my message. Cf. T59153 (which is a superset of this).
