**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where): Add a new Cargo query parameter `title` for the feed export format. **Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): Currently the only way to set the RSS `title` is to override the `_pageName` field. That's messy but also means when `guid` is set based on `_pageName` you don't get a working URL. **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?): It's not a big deal as the `guid` doesn't need to be a URL in the first place (though if they're in the form of a URL they might as well be working URLs) - though it might make queries tidier or more readable.
