This will be a bunch of people playing with and hacking on paws.wmflabs.org, which provides both a web based terminal with access to Pywikibot, MySQL access to Replicas, as well as Python/R/Bash execution environments via jupyter.org notebooks. This allows people to start playing with bots / code without having to learn how to use ssh, gridengine etc.
