Discussion about the action API tends not to happen very much, but when given the chance people do seem to like to ask @anomie questions. So let's give them the chance if they want it.

Not much discussion since last year's session, {T122818}. Brad has been asked for some additional reviews, which is good. I don't know whether anyone has taken on improving the documentation on mediawiki.org.
