Once [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/WikibaseMediaInfo/+/635644 | this patch ]] is merged, search filters may be preset before the user interacts with them. Currently, if an erroneous value is provided for a valid search filter, 2 things happen: the results break, and the select list has no value which is visually jarring. This task covers figuring out which of those things to fix, and how. --- The plan is to show a blank UI and a message that says "invalid search".

The UI currently supports the following search filter options as URL params: `mimeType`, `imageSize`, `sort`, and `license`. If the user provides an **invalid value** for one or more of these parameters in their URL, **the page should display an error message** (with a link to start a new search); **the normal search UI should not be shown**.
