In T240056#5821459, we decided we will use a new, yet-to-be-named, schema to track [DiscussionTools](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DiscussionTools)-related events. [1]
However, open questions remain [2] about how this new schema should be implemented.
This task is about mocking up a potential for design for how a new schema to log talk page and [DiscussionTools](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DiscussionTools)-related events could look and work to help us answer said "Open questions." [2]
