Starting 2 hours ago my eventstreams started to fail with http status 403 and the message //Please set a user-agent and respect our robot policy https://w.wiki/4wJS. See also T400119.// I fixed this for me by changing line 379 of `comms/eventstreams.py` to `self.source = EventSource(headers={'User-Agent': user_agent()}, **self.sse_kwargs)` and adding `from pywikibot.comms.http import user_agent`at the beginning of the file.
