Whether the table is displaying an indication of scrollability or not, mw-collapsible (on an external div) no longer works to collapse tables with mw-collapsible-content as at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Video_game_reviews/testcases/tstyles Parenthetical above because I haven't checked what happens when mw-collapsible is on the table itself.
